We only roast coffee that is new crop, specialty grade, and traceable. In our coffee shop and roastery, the beautiful La Marzocco Linea classic espresso machine and Victoria Arduino Mythos 1 grinder are essential in extracting the best flavours from our freshly roasted coffee.
